Check off File Transfer Protocol then hit ok /then click next for picture above (top) It will ask for your windows XP cd to install (put cd in dummy !) hit ok

Then will Install /click  finished when done

(Step 2) Where the hell is it ? LOL .Ok ! now go to Control Panel (you Don't really need that picture do you ?) Then click on Administrative Tools you will see similar picture  below (Look Below Dumbass)

(Note) you might want to drag that as shortcut to desktop. Click on Internet Information Services expand the + sign in: Your Name (Local Computer)

 

Then Highlight FTP Sites then right click Default FTP Site select properties then add your name in Description box

Then adjust whatever settings you want in the tabs port should be set at 21 you can turn off FTP also by clicking name of your site and select stop or start when you want to (make sure you click apply)  then you must know your IP address ? use this page to help you http://www.whatismyip.com/ Unless you already know (Smartass)(Doh)

 

Should look something like this ftp://192.158.1.190 / (roughly) where do my files go ? click hard drive in my computer most likely C: unless partitioned your OS system and another drive look for folder INETPUB

Double click it open folder named FTPROOT that's where all your files go !(below)

It will be blank inside add a file to test out like so below

you may have to adjust your router settings for ports I use 20-21 was fine (below)
